June 9, 2024,  9 am - 5 pm7 PDAs (PE-AT) $225 full day / $140 half-day

The Consultation Clinics support each practitioner's development in the clinical application of Five Element Acupuncture. The emphasis is on CSOE, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Practitioners bring patients who are not progressing as they would expect. We interview the patient in a treatment room with 8 observers, discuss, and provide feedback. The patient is treated, and we observe the change. Follow-up treatment plans are provided to practitioners. Observers get hands-on experience with pulses, color, sound, odor, and emotion. We see 4 patients/day. Be affirmed in one's skill set and met at a new growing edge. We provide a learning environment that supports being a beginner regardless of your experience level.

Practitioner: "I will never forget the care and respect these two sage practitioners shared with us and our patients."
Patient: "Thank you for a wonderfully powerful experience on Sunday. It's initiated my movement into spring in a most steady and vigorous way."

Cultivating A Healing Presence: A Weekend of Practice with Tom Balles, Mary Brandenburg, Jane Grissmer, Linda Simons, and You!

March 9-10, 2024 — $295/$225 for Students.

This weekend is designed to support you in being a healing presence in all domains of life—family, friendships, workplace, organizations, and the larger community. The work combines the old with the new, the East with the West. It integrates an ancient Taoist philosophy grounded in Nature with contemporary understandings of change and the power of language. Participants will leave with powerful practices that increase their capacity to take healing actions in the world.

If this class were church, I would go every Sunday. It is powerful to be in practice with others AND be reminded of other practices, stories, and possibilities.                — Workshop participant Diane Juray
This class was a breath of fresh air for my spirit. It felt so good to be back in a mindful community, doing the deep work in an engaging and fun way. These simple and profound practices have already started to positively influence how I show up in the treatment room and the world. I can't wait for the next one. Highly recommended! — Workshop participant Corey Timbers
